Deadly mass shooting in Louisiana

Eight children in Shreveport, Louisiana are dead after a mass shooting tied to a domestic disturbance early Sunday morning. Police say the shooter died in a gunfire exchange with police after attempting to flee in a stolen vehicle. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler reports.
