Frey on federal drawdown plans for Minneapolis: ‘I’ll believe it when I see it’

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey told reporters he had productive calls with President Donald Trump and border czar Tom Homan, but that he would “believe it when I see it” when it comes to a federal drawdown in his city.
